I’m just glad that we actually know for sure now that it’s gonna be another hybrid like the current Switch. The whole LCD vs OLED screen thing isn’t a big deal for me since I play my Switch in docked mode most of the time anyway and I’m sure that LCD screens nowadays can be made in such a way that there’s not as much of a sacrifice in visual quality and color contrast compared to OLEDs. I still hope that it will launch in March or April similar to the current Switch as I think Holiday 2024 is kinda pushing it in terms of how long Nintendo wants to keep milking the success of the Switch and anything after that would be too late as the Switch’s momentum would probably die out completely by that point even if it still gets big games. I’ll still get it no matter what as long as it is as powerful as everyone says it’ll be, has backwards compatibility with current Switch games, and NO MORE JOY-CON DRIFT.
