Videogames' music peaked with Baten Kaitos and Baten Kaitos Origins, Motoi Sakuraba was the moment
 
Forget the Game Awards and the Racoonies. The top awards show this year is the Birdies. Everyone wins and your reward is just a picture of a middle finger to serve as reminder that instead of finding love or finding the cure to cancer, you decided to spend your time on a message board talking about videogames with strangers you'll never see as time slowly eats away until Mother Earth reclaims atoms that compose of your entire being.

But also the after party is wonderful and it's being catered by a local family owned Italian restaurant. The cheese plates are excellent.

Beast Wars (Beasties to us Canadians) was immensely ahead of it’s time. Obviously, it’s easy to look at it now and clown on it, but at the time, doing a 3D animated television show was near unheard of. As a professional 3D animator now, knowing what kind of software/hardware they were using almost 30 years ago, I have nothing but admiration for the folks who were at Mainframe at the time. They were performing 3D anim miracles.

I wonder how likely it is that we’ll see the next Xenoblade DLC at TGA. Guess it hasn’t been too long since we got the first set.

It kinda seems like they learned a bunch of lessons on how to make the films more interesting for Bumblebee - limit the number of Transformers, pay attention to character development for the humans, have more grounded stakes - and promptly forgot about them for this entry
 
2023 is the year of GoodFeel and Grezzo. It's time to see what they're cooking. One of them will surely announce their next game at the February direct.
 
Almost 48 hours until we don't have to think about the Keighlies for another year :D

Wouldn't it be 72 hours? IIRC the event is on Thursday.
 
@Skittzo been letting the worry of the hand issues coming back stop me from playing a lot get to me lately. Today, I put those worries aside and tried to play something and played Jedi fallen order on my steam deck and I won’t play anything else until that that becomes my first game I beat since my hand issues started in July.
