Theres a chance yeah but I would trust Nate and assume its a Partner for nowFrom what I gathered, there's still a small chance it's a general. But several people have heard it's a Mini to Partner Showcase.

If anything I've felt like the third party support on Switch has been far too robust personally, but that's as someone who plays most third party games on other systems (and usually when they release, which is often far in advance of a Switch port)On the bright side, at least the complaints about the lack of third party support will stop for a while.
yeahhot take: the people who are insisting that branding is irrelevant are holding out hope that will ultimately betray them
I still think about this post from time to timeHeck, apparently the OLED specs were in a switch update datamine last year before all that went down, so if I just paid attention to that my mental health last summer would have been a lot better lol.
Here's one of them. Don't know if there's more earlier, but this was before Alanah said anything. What day was that

It's just Koizumi and Takahashi having a conversation over coffee for 30 minutes where they talk about random stuff, occasionally mentioning unannounced games without providing any gameplay footage or context. What if the branding changes entirely and it’s actually a Nintendo Indirect O_O
That was a day before she said anything. Here's one of them. Don't know if there's more earlier, but this was before Alanah said anything.
Announcements are effective 2-4 days from the date of the direct, but cannot be made only 1 day in advance? What if the branding changes entirely and it’s actually a Nintendo Indirect O_O
So...it was before she said anything. Don't see the issue. That was a day before she said anything.
They had Miyamoto at the unveiling at Ubisoft's E3 and steered clear of releasing their own Switch games around the original's release date. You're really underselling the importance of this. Alongside the original M+R, and Monster Hunter Rise, this is likely the biggest third-party exclusive title Nintendo will have on the system.I don't think Nintendo views Mario + Rabbids in the same vein, though.
'Better' is subjective, but I'm talking about numbers of releases.I mean it's pretty comparable to if not better than 2018, 2019, and 2020.
Also I don’t gets how these are hints seems moreThat was a day before she said anything.
I guess yeah but still these just seem more like out of context hints imoSo...it was before she said anything. Don't see the issue.
M+R seems to be the one thing insiders all pretty much know, and what made them know of the direct in the first place I thinkTbh if Mario + Rabbids wasn't rumored to be in this Direct I'd be really annoyed right now, but because it is I'm actually pretty excited for it. Bring it on.

Kit and Krysta when brainstorming thumbnail designs:I don't give a fuck about Kit and Krysta honestly. Nothing against them but these clickbaits are little too much.

Direct discussion:
The thread is always like this ^
Elmo on fire was a hint referring to St. Elmo's Fire, which released on June 28. The date is either June 28 or June 29 but could just be a timezone thing.
I work Tuesday too, but if that really was what we got I wouldn't even bother watching on my lunch breakthats a sure fire way to make me uninterested in this direct. now I don't feel bad for having to work on tuesday
Personally speaking I loved his soundtrack but he is kinda an grade A asshole. I wouldn't lose sleep if he doesn't return. If theres a new dk i certainly hope nintendo hires Wise again, i think id be disrespectful not to.
The point is that Nintendo treats both as 3rd party titles. Obviously Mario + Rabbids will sell more, but Nintendo advertises them as equals. I'm not really buying the idea that they steered clear of it in 2017 either considering how light that year was in overall quantity of releases. They had Miyamoto at the unveiling at Ubisoft's E3 and steered clear of releasing their own Switch games around the original's release date. You're really underselling the importance of this. Alongside the original M+R, and Monster Hunter Rise, this is likely the biggest third-party exclusive title Nintendo will have on the system.
We don't really disagree on all that much, but comparing the multi-million selling Mario-licensed title to something as niche as Shin Megami Tensei V is frankly ridiculous. I'm agreed Nintendo likely have something else; I just don't think it's impossible that there isn't another big seller waiting in the wings.
It seems to me like a 'you' problem in your personal vendetta against Nate. At least, that's what your 30 messages today lead me to believe.I guess yeah but still these just seem more like out of context hints imo
Elmo on fire was a reference to the movie St Elmo's Fire, which released on June 28, 1985.Also I don’t gets how these are hints seems more
Wahoo one game direct
It keeps getting worse lmao
thats a sure fire way to make me uninterested in this direct. now I don't feel bad for having to work on tuesday
it's a joke yall, i don't think he's implying to know it's gonna be a direct solely dedicated to mario rabbidsWahoo one game direct
I know... just saying how I would feel if it was trueit's a joke yall, i don't think he's implying to know it's gonna be a direct solely dedicated to mario rabbids
It looks pretty comparable to me. 9 original games, 1 remake, and a trio of 3rd party exclusives is better than the average Switch year so far.'Better' is subjective, but I'm talking about numbers of releases.
Isn’t he talking about from Ubisoft on June 29?? That’s my assumption. June 28 is the mini and June 29 is the Mario + Rabbids directit's a joke yall, i don't think he's implying to know it's gonna be a direct solely dedicated to mario rabbids
