The NVIDIA leak might be the greatest leak in video game history.
Why am I not surprised some fuckers would do this intentional misspelling to harass peopleHoly shit I saw this on twitter and assumed it was fake lol

Ngl, I would watch the shit out of that. Does he get an obnoxious animal companion? The staff post says not to ask insiders for reassurance but it doesn't say anything about asking insiders for Re:Insurance, an anime about a middle aged insurance salesman who gets isekaid to the middle ages where he must now make a living selling insurance to the nobility.
Maybe he can use this newfound knowledge and get a noble to underwrite some policies on venereal diseases acquired in wagons to scam some other nobles out of money. The staff post says not to ask insiders for reassurance but it doesn't say anything about asking insiders for Re:Insurance, an anime about a middle aged insurance salesman who gets isekaid to the middle ages where he must now make a living selling insurance to the nobility.
The exact same day as Pokemon?Prime has to be November 18th. 20th anniversary and a Friday? Too good to waste it.
No…that’s Pokémon. Metroid Prime would be the first week of NovemberPrime has to be November 18th. 20th anniversary and a Friday? Too good to waste it.
I wish, but that's Pokemon. November 4th though....Prime has to be November 18th. 20th anniversary and a Friday? Too good to waste it.
oh no
If it's the 29th in the US then it'll be after the next investors meeting
also if it's the 29th in the US then it'd almost definitely be the 30th in Japan, only makes sense to hear 28th/29th depending on time zone if it's the 28th in the US
That never happens anymore I think. The February direct had surprises that weren’t leaked and same with September/E3 2021.I hope that not all surprises from the Direct have been leaked. It's always nice to have one.
The 29th is a Wednesday though? Which matches the February DirectI like this logic. Thanks for the reassurance.
I am concerned that the 29th is a Tuesday and there is that weird pattern where Directs are all on the same weekday for a year.
Am I misunderstanding or has the Direct been leaked?I hope that not all surprises from the Direct have been leaked. It's always nice to have one.
No, but there's a lot of rumors for H2 2022 games floating around.Am I misunderstanding or has the Direct been leaked?
oh no

Can't they just work on reducing file size? P5 vanilla is 16GB on PS3 and 18GB on PS4.I think it mostly has to do with the file size. Atlus doesn't want to release a physical game that requires a partial download, but also doesn't want to pay for a 32 GB cartridge that could fit Royal.
Me suena tu madre
There’s always some sort of surprise, but if there’s ever gonna be a direct without one, it’d be this one. Xenoblade, Splatoon, Mario + Rabbids, Bayonetta, and Zelda will all likely get spotlights, possibly Pokémon as well, so it’s hard to imagine we’ll be getting a ton of new announcements. Those few slots could easily get sucked up by Metroid Prime HD, Fire Emblem, and the Zelda remasters.I hope that not all surprises from the Direct have been leaked. It's always nice to have one.
Like discord circles or do I just have the wrong friends? Also the date is out there in certain circles. It’s an Ubisoft game, so leaks really shouldn’t be much of a surprise, lol. I won’t be the one to say it but it’ll definitely publicly leak before they get to reveal it.
It isn’t.
oh no
Smash Wii U and ORAS came out the same day. Granted, those were two different consoles but there is precedent no matter how unlikely.Forgot about Pokémon.
Lmao. Damn.
This is interesting. I’m a bit worried about the Emblems part but we have to see how it’s implemented. Here is what I can share about the new Fire Emblem game.
- Upcoming Fire Emblem is a new game, not a remake. Brand new story.
- Collaboration between Intelligent Systems, Koei Tecmo and Gust (division of Koei Tecmo Holdings).
- Gust heavily assisted with the visuals / graphics. Graphics are an improvement over "Three Houses".
- Originally intended as an anniversary game to celebrate FE's 30th anniversary. The game has been finished for over a year.
- Main character (main lord) has strange red and blue hair. His mother is a dragon.
- New "Emblems" gimmick allows players to summon "FE characters from the past" for your squad.
I don't plan to share any more details about this game.
Many months ago, @NateDrake teased about "red and blue".
Everything Nate has teased about the upcoming Fire Emblem game has been accurate.
Please be kind to Nate. His information is good, and he cares about the Nintendo fan community.
Random thought: Do we think it's possible that, many months ago when E3 was still theoretically happening, the Nintendo Direct was originally going to be tomorrow, as usual? And some games were penciled in to be announced/dropped on that day as a result? I wonder if some things like the Tactics Ogre Remaster appearing around now in the PSN store is some kind of vestigial date-match of a reveal in the Direct that's now taking place two weeks later and someone somewhere forgot to update the backend or something like that (and I wonder if we'll see more of the this week). Or, was E3 never a thing at all even theoretically and I'm PDOOMA'ing this? We're going to be seeing more intentional and unintentional leaks from now on. That's the problem when Direct dates leak so early compared to when they are supposed to air. That means that there are a lot of people with knowledge of its contents already, and also stores end up accidentally leaking unannounced games too.
Probably not, these kinds of conferences require lots of contracts signedRandom thought: Do we think it's possible that, many months ago when E3 was still theoretically happening, the Nintendo Direct was originally going to be tomorrow, as usual? It at least makes some logical sense in my head, but then again I am tired and about to go to bed.
They already are portableAt this point I’m more interested in P4G and P3P; I’d love for those to get portable

30th anniversary celebration stuff lasted well into 2021. Doubt this was planned for a release in 2020, an announcement at most.I'm still curious about the planned dating for this new FE game. Sounds like it was planned for a 2020 launch at one point, was that before Three Houses was set for 2019? Did they plan on releasing them 1 year apart? Did they develop them simultaneously?
I want the first Nintendo Mega Direct.Kinda wonder if we’re gonna get a one-off differently branded showcase like “Nintendo Switch Spotlight 2017”
Something about this direct just feels different idk
* on a modern platform that is not the SteamdeckThey already are portable
but the vita never dies* on a modern platform that is not the Steamdeck
yeah by the time this direct airs, we'll probably know everything about it. nice going, nintendo. We're going to be seeing more intentional and unintentional leaks from now on. I think it's a matter of audience size and release history. Bayonetta 1 and 2 didn't break 2 million sales, so although there's obviously people awaiting that game, when you compare that to Breath of the Wild's 25 million (!!) I think it's clear why Zelda's release is more vocally anticipated.I'm going to be perfectly honest: I don't understand all the impatience and anxiety around BotW 2. We got footage, a release window, and some ideas of new mechanics and the story, which is way, way more than what you can say for Metroid Prime 4. Bayonetta 3 also left people in the dark for way longer than BotW 2 did and I didn't see people panic nearly as much then as they do over BotW 2. I'm confident BotW 2 is in good shape and we'll see more of it when Nintendo is ready to show it off.
No Switch version makes me think that this is indeed legit.stolen from the comments:
