Saw this briefly yesterday during the struggle for Xenoblade. Very, very interesting.I don’t know if it was mentioned, but Bayonetta 3 is shown on Nintendo Store’s homepage since today:
Games – My Nintendo Store – Nintendo Official site
Discover new video games for the Nintendo Switch™ system and the latest in sales and deals in the My Nintendo Store. Shop physical or digital games.www.nintendo.com
Hasn’t been there yesterday
Amen to that! With Strikers coming tomorrow, the waiting will sure get easier to endure.Have patience guys, meanwhile, enjoy your Switch titles.
we got diddily squat
He literally said something about the date already being set by Nintendo and that there’s not that much time left to experience both games or somethingSaw this briefly yesterday during the struggle for Xenoblade. Very, very interesting.
I'm still Team 2023 on everything, though, including Bayo 3. Kamiya's telling everyone to play Bayo 1 and 2 because we're in for more waiting.
In counter that with…
It looks like it will stay on for more than a couple daysclown makeup stays on
see y'all next week!
I know it would be a bit redundant given Breath of the Wild's structure, but I'd be all in for an open-world 2D Zelda in the vein of the original.I wonder if Aonuma and co. just abandoned the idea of a new 2D Zelda for the time being. He said that he wanted the handheld team to keep doing their own thing separately from the console team but most (all?) the key people have been busy on other series since ALBW and Tri-Force Heroes. Maybe they just don't have anything exciting enough that they want to work on.
This is nothing compared to beginning of 2020 and couple of other times.I'm so tired of waiting... god damn... Nintendo please for the love of god free us from this misery
Zell, thats a name i haven't heard in many moons. Wonder how Zell's doing.About TP/WWHD, Zell was one of our most reliable leakers and they said that those were coming. OTOH, that was a couple years ago, plans change and who knows when they may come. I do think it's somewhat unlikely Nintendo releases three 3D Zelda re-releases back to back like this as their retail Zelda titles, and that's not even counting NSO games. So, my gut feeling is no TP/WW this year. However, I should note I played the re-releases and they still feel too fresh in my mind for me to want to play them right now, so I do have some bias here.
Personally, I think we may see a 2D Zelda remake, a smaller Zelda spinoff or indie collab, the former potentially being an NSO or download only title. I think the 2D Zelda remake is much less likely if it has the production values of LA. More likely if it's something like FSA. I wouldn't rule out something like an Adventure of Link remake either.
All that being said, if I interpreted the sales projections for this FY correctly, it's likely we'd get BOTW 2 this FY. But I understand I may be incorrect in my thinking there.
I’d prefer 2D Zelda to be more focused on dungeons to make a nice contrast from the open world style that it seems 3D Zelda will followI know it would be a bit redundant given Breath of the Wild's structure, but I'd be all in for an open-world 2D Zelda in the vein of the original.
Well, time to study.
This means that I'll just concentrate on my exam from now till Monday
I hope we will have some kind of news later between SGF and Nate
See you guys later!

TMNT at Geoffs thing:
No, i mean before the pandemic. January - February 2020. We were expecting General Direct but then have to wait till late February and we've got AC Direct.Yeah but 2020 was special...

Limited resources x lack of a massively compelling idea, I'm guessing.I wonder if Aonuma and co. just abandoned the idea of a new 2D Zelda for the time being. Yes, and if anything Direct will happen in the next 21 days.If you think about it Nate will ask a reassurance from his source
Yeah it's unfortunate but for me it comes down to timing. I have Wednesday off, but not Tuesday. To get Tuesday off I would have needed to provide more notice than I can now since it forces others to reschedule tooFirst world problems, but I would really love to know when to put in for a day off Nintendo!
If you think about it Nate will ask a reassurance from his source
This is true, a Nintendo representative just called me, asked if I believed and told me the direct date.Tomorrow will be the day, but only if you believe.
