This is too much of an information overlord for this early in the morning. Glad my speculation about the party being Ouroboros was on the mark though!
 
I think this move adds more weight to what Emily said a few months back about Nintendo "sitting on a bunch of content-complete games." Seeing XC3 move up two months is rare and awesome.

We know that Advance Wars is done. Granted that was delayed for a different reason, but it is cool to see Nintendo just randomly shifting dates around. IMO this means Splatoon 3 is taking longer than expected.

That trailer looked super awesome. That game is definitely one of the best looking games on the Switch. Loved those mechas that look like Arsene from P5. Combat looks amazing too.

Now that being pushed forward two months was amazing and unexpected. Saw on the news "new trailer with an earlier release date", and was expecting something like very late August, but damn, July? Lol, that definitely shakes things up.

That's a crazy summed and a hell of a great start to H2. I think Splatoon 3 needed some extra polishing... While the reveal trailer and stuff we saw of story mode and turf wars looked great AF, Salmon Run looked a bit rough. It'll probably still release on summer tho so technically not a delay(assuming it comes in August or September).

Obviously this will have the domino effect of Live a Live being pushed forward to end of April and Mario Strikers into May.

btw, the mecha fusions remind me of the Tales of Zestiria fusions. Like, the one at 1:36 looks quite similar in terms of moves to the Sorety + Edna fusion.
 
Here's a thought, given the gameplay mechanic of combining two characters into one powerful form, and the fact we know additional characters can join the main party...

Strong odds on playable Pyra/Mythra rocking up during the adventure mayhaps?

The fusions remind me more of Astral Chain fusion lol. They look so similar.
 
Neon Genesis Xenoblade Chronicles 3 looks pretty cool. The special edition is a step down from Xenoblade 2's though; in addition to a steelbook case and an art book that one also came with a soundtrack selection CD but this one doesn't. That's too bad.
 
Monolithsoft has got to be about the best acquisition Nintendo has ever made.

I'm still waiting for a Xenoblade special edition that matches what we got for BotW.
 
That's a heck of a welcome surprise! Not sure how I feel about fusions though, XC2s combat was complex enough. Am supremely optimistic and excited to bite into this game 2 dang months early. Well done Monolith!

If the game runs at a stable 540p or similar to SMTV, I'll be satisfied. I just hope it doesn't go so blurry during battles.

I assume the line means that he mistreats cooking equipment and she, as a cook, finds it unbelievable he could ever do such a thing!
 
This is the first time a Xenoblade trailer hasn't made me feel like a creep for the all of the Boobs. Do I now go play the first two games between now and checks notes July?

I’m seeing way more XC1 influence with the areas being called colonies and the landscapes looking more 1-like. Wanna see some 2 stuff!

Triangle Strategy is my current GOTY, but I also beat Torna back in December and it reminded me how much I love the unique combat system + exploration in those games. If they tweak/improve XB3 more than Torna, then it has a shot at being my favorite JRPG ever.

Still gonna play Live A Live, but I guess that's been bumped to a winter game now.

6 party members? Yikes. I had trouble handling 3. The blade combos are going to be ridiculous.
