PlayStation PlayStation Showcase announced (May 24th, 1 PM PDT / 9 PM BST)

Honestly, a lot of these trailers feel a bit half baked or weirdly edited.
 
...that looked quite a lot like FFXVI lol. Very glad to see Dragon's Dogma 2 though.

For people confused on the triangle in MGS3R's logo, it's the Greek letter delta. In math, deltas are used to indicate the change between two points of data, so basically it's a cheeky way of saying it's a remake

Um... I actually feel like this is the 1st year of a true E3 for ps5. Many games where you finally see the power of a new generation.
But man, so few games actually caught my atenttion. I don't trust theses games of companies that no one knows.

Sony: "We're not impressed. These Metal Gear Solid games aren't cinematic enough".
Konami: "But cutscenes are like half of the entire games"
Sony: "Not cinematic enough!"
 
This presentation has been average so far. Nothing at all from Sony. Just third party games, VR that doesn’t look good.

I mean you say that but look at how few release dates there are
 
Outside of Dragon’s Dogma II, Alan Wake II, and Neva this has done nothing for me.

Was hoping for some news on FF7: Rebirth by this point, since we're 6 (?) months out from the release window.

to be fair.... it's as interesting first party wise as a Xbox showcase.... it relies a lot on already announced third party games

These back-to-back trailers with minimal gameplay and no context don’t make for a good presentation imo
They need a presenter or narrator
 
Me: makes fun of how many shooting games they’re showing
me 5 seconds later: “actually marathon looks great”
 
Currently wondering if the money spent in those CGI playsation buttons transitions could have been used to fund a single indie game.

This is my current state of mind.
