That's Monolith's Diablo.Soma Bringer can be MS's own Dragon Quest.

So it seems they got programmers from CC2 and Gust? The second person probably left Gust years ago though, if it's the same person.ゼノブレイド3でのCIツールを使った自動化の取り組み|CEDEC+KYUSHU 2022

The Monolith action game lives!
Yeah, but TotK was already announced before Jan 2021, so there is no point to hide the name by calling it "Action Game for Nintendo Switch", right? The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an action game
They might be under NDA to not say more until the actual release.Yeah, but TotK was already announced before Jan 2021, so there is no point to hide the name by calling it "Action Game for Nintendo Switch", right?
Disaster 2 is an actionER game tho.The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an action game
Yes they covered character rendering and their temporal upscaler. It's how we know that handheld mode can actually downsample at timesApparently there was a presentation (in Japanese) last month about some technical details on Xenoblade 3? Might contain interesting bits of info.
Monolith has had ads for "action" game since before Xenoblade 3 was revealed. it's probably not so much a game type as we know itSo do we think this seemingly confirmed new action is for switch or the next system? It could launch in the first 12 months like Xeno 2 did.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an action game
They made specific hirings for Tears of the Kingdom (like the Legendary one in 2019) so it's probably not that. They might be under NDA to not say more until the actual release.
The LinkedIn listing says it's for Switch. I don't think they would have specified as such if it wasn'tSo do we think this seemingly confirmed new action is for switch or the next system? It could launch in the first 12 months like Xeno 2 did.
But if they didn't specify then people would have gotten suspicious and assumed they're hiding the console because its the successor. So they put the console as Switch to distract us.The LinkedIn listing says it's for Switch. I don't think they would have specified as such if it wasn't
are these all from xenobladeMonolith Soft artist roundtable. Some new art made by the artists:
First one reminds me of Erythia Sea, third one almost makes me think of the Tornan titan, and the fourth has heavy XBX vibesare these all from xenoblade
All of the art on that page seems to be from art contests in the studio, so none of the pieces seem to be related to game projects at all.are these all from xenoblade

But no, unless they're concept art of those things.
we're lucky the nintendo uncles cant get their hands on these. imagine if they tried passing them off as concept art for a new game. All of the art on that page seems to be from art contests in the studio, so none of the pieces seem to be related to game projects at all.
A true Nintendo Uncle would create the artwork for us themselves so we can actually see what's happening behind the scenes.we're lucky the nintendo uncles cant get their hands on these. imagine if they tried passing them off as concept art for a new game.
This just made me picture courtroom sketches but NintendoA true Nintendo Uncle would create the artwork for us themselves so we can actually see what's happening behind the scenes.
If XCX comes back I wouldn't expect to hear about it this year. The XC3 DLC will probably be the focus for 2023.I think we have a quick X port in order. 3 already finishes up the whole original arc quite neatly so i'd imagine that it would be a while till 4. Additionally it would make no sense to leave the switch with being so close to the definitive place for xenoblade but omitting one game stuck on a failed console. Would also fit in well for that 2023 year of ports rumor.
I see that as contextually pretty good. In December 2021, they were in late stage development with their biggest game ever, now they're probably in turnover period between big projects with many of their contractors gone completing their XB3 work. So that means they're either quickly replacing or keeping those contractors and holding up well against the standard postgame development decline. So once their next big game is in peak development, I assume they'll push higher in employee count than everMonolith has 264 staff as of December 2022. For context, they were at 273 staff as of December 2021.
