I personally think Retroid Pocket 3 is a better value. It's $120, and powerful enough to emulate most retro consoles.

They're both Android devices, so you'll always be streaming PC games. None of these devices can run games like Elden Ring natively. If you want native PC games on an affordable portable, get a Steam Deck.

I do not want to emulate retro consoles, but to play PS5 games and PC games on a hand-held.
