yeah the no XB tweet is definitely a sign of an upcoming trailer at the direct, this is the first day they've missed since the last trailer.

its way too early for an overview trailer, we are over a month out, there is no reason to think we won't just get a final direct trailer

I agree. Nate and MVG are really the best when It comes to Showcase prediction
 
I’m wondering if we get an announcement if they tweet 8AM central time? Guess we will wait and see!
 
I want a lengthy singleplayer orientated Splatoon 3 trailer. I wasn't the biggest singleplayer Splatoon fan in the past. But the Octo expansion was really an eye opener to me how good that universe is.

The progression system was so satisfying in the DLC and them utilizing existing mechanics to their fullest potential was a sight to behold.

I really hope the singleplayer in 3 is even better or at least comparable to the Octo DLC.

I think that's referring to 3U being on sale on the 3DS eshop, they just used a banner for both platforms?

Anyways WOO Xenoblade 3 Direct!
 
I still think we will get a regular sized direct, still need info about some fall titles + mario kart DLC wave 2.

I said that i wouldn't watch a Xenoblade 3 Direct so i wouldn't spoil myself anymore, but now i'm seriously reconsidering lol
 
This is why the General Direct has been shifted towards the last week of the month then, huh. Very glad to see Xenoblade get the full spotlight for once, instead of being buried besides a few heavy hitters that are typically announced during the E3-esque Direct. Bring it on!
 
Yay, Xenoblade getting the Smash treatment!
Too bad for other possible games to be revealed or covered but great spot for a JRPG
