It mostly depends on what you want to play on Deck, I'd say. The Deck's obviously a more powerful device, has a bigger screen (at least compared to the base Switch I have) and it's more comfortable without accessories than the Switch. That being said, for me it mostly comes down to the games. I used my Deck a lot when I first got it in March up until a bit ago, and then decided to clear some of my Switch backlog and may not touch my Deck again until I'm done with XC3So … let me start by saying that I LOVE my Nintendo Switch! Best purchase ever and favorite console in a long time. First things first.
However, I signed up for the Steam Deck back in February and just got notice I can actually get one now. Are there some people here who own both? How do these two compare? Do you still go back to your Switch, or mainly play on the Steam Deck now, or the other way round? I’m not sure yet that I’m actually gonna get it, am curious what others have to say.
MS's "silo" approach gives me at least some confidence that Halo Infinite's issues are an isolated incident. I'm sure that most of their other upcoming stuff will be fine.
My sister just got done teaching for the year and yeah, Covid and school is a complete shitshow, especially if you live in a more red county like she does. Someone in the class testing positive means they have to "quarantine". AKA they now have to wear masks during class... that's it. No other differences. They don't really cancel school or anything for any reason, just move kids around and tell the kids that caught Covid to stay home for a few days, basically. And just have to deal with random staff and teachers being out with it like a revolving door all year.So my 4 year old's class was closed for the next week because someone in it tested positive. Now she can't see her grandma likes she's been looking forward to all week. She goes "why does my world keep getting turned upside down, I'm so sad"
Covid is the worst.
Nope, it's right on time. Construction has been ahead of schedule for a while.isn't this sooner than expected @Magic-Man?
Congrats!Nope, it's right on time. Construction has been ahead of schedule for a while.
Ironically enough, I literally just got hired at Universal Florida 10 minutes ago.

FemPower Up: 48 Amazing Women in RPGs (Part 3) | RPGFan
Do you like Persona? Well, so do we, since we highlight not one, but two of the best characters from the franchise below (I have to mention Maya Amano here,www.rpgfan.com

And you've finally come to the end of our list! Personally, I have to say how pleased I am that we managed to get Suikoden on this list so often: it'swww.rpgfan.com
Your favorite characters up to this point in time?
I am interested in playing more games with more female characters, especially ones you can play as.
That’s very helpful, thanks! Didn’t realize the Deck is actually more comfortable than the Switch? Good to know. And yeah, I mostly want to get it for all the games that will never come to Switch and that I‘d love to play on a handheld, Elden Ring, Mass Effect, that stuff. Might have to get it, then.It mostly depends on what you want to play on Deck, I'd say. Likewise, I like Fang a lot in FF13 as well. Badass, great look and design, strong, and a solid rock for the team, as well (plus her relationship with Vanille is great).Yuna. Especially in X-2. Possibly one of my favorite FF characters.
Chie from Persona 4. All hail Chie.
Terra from FF6. Bad ass and green hair plus she used a mech.
Lightning. I loved the first FF13 game. Sue me. Sequel sucked, but she was not the character in it so it does not count. Lightning Returns is a cool game that should not have been tied to FF13 at all, because just like 13-2, it ruins the point of the original game. That said, it stars her, so I pretend it is someone else called Lightning.
Nia from Xenoblade 2. Her Scottish accent seals the deal.
PlayStation generates hype, and then their showcase is some avant-garde shit that bores everyone to tears.
Microsoft generates hype only when their games release.
Nintendo lets the community generate hype and then just announces a date for a showcase.
Still can't fathom the fact that this game sold three copies worldwide with such a banger soundtrack
(Also it'd be nice if one day the songwriter could come out and confirm that yes, it is an hommage to Calamari Inkantation from Splatoon)
It is your job to build Hyrule...for Famiboards.Nope, it's right on time. Construction has been ahead of schedule for a while.

It's way too early to call SH2 a flop, isn't it? I'm definitely looking forward to it. It's probably my second most anticipated game for this year, after XC3.The game was really good but they should really stop trying to make "SMT spin off turned into Persona wannabe".
TMS flopped
SH2 is so far heading that way
Just stop
Feena from Grandia - look her up; she is one of toughest girls around in the game and has great chemistry with Justin the protag. Its also one of the few gaming romances I really like. Some series of articles on female characters in RPGs.

Yeah while it is a bit heavier by itself it's more ergonomic which makes it a bit more comfortable to me at "base level"That’s very helpful, thanks! As I wrote, so far it's not looking good.
West will save Soul Hackers 2
Or Microsoft money.
SH2 is also on Xbox/PC, which only makes it worse for SH2 to skip the Switch if it was PS exclusive at least they would get free money/marketing out of it.Ah, I see what you mean. And I can totally understand that, but I think that has far more to do with it not being on Switch (for no good reason) than it being Persona-like. Especially when you have SMTV setting record numbers for the series as a Switch exclusive, having SH2 only on PS really seems like a bizarre move.
They're turning RIP Ride Rockit into a Star Fox coaster. It opens tomorrow.Congrats! Break into their system and leak the Star Fox VR ride for us!
SH2 it seems like there is some type of Sony marketing deal at least in Japan, if this is the case and it follows previous Sony marketing deals policies means no GP for one year after release. If I was Microsoft I'd already be in talks for not just Soul Hackers 2 but also the new Star Ocean.

I honestly forgot it was on Xbox and PC, too. That will probably help, at least a little, especially in the west.SH2 is also on Xbox/PC, which only makes it worse for SH2 to skip the Switch if it was PS exclusive at least they would get free money/marketing out of it.
I wouldn’t expect the game to be saved by the West with how Atlus has treated the marketing of it on the West and Xbox SKU will not help that much.I honestly forgot it was on Xbox and PC, too. That will probably help, at least a little, especially in the west.

That depends on WoM and even then only on PC; I doubt the Xbox will have any impact on western sales.I honestly forgot it was on Xbox and PC, too. That will probably help, at least a little, especially in the west.
