Omg I forgot about that!NO I HAVE TO BUY BOTH LIVE-A-LIVE AND THIS FUCK
This is amazing and I'm all here for it.
I am so sorry for Live A Live though, damn.
Crash Bandicoot remakes did the same IIRC. That's the most recent one I can think of.I can't think of the last time a big game like this had its release date pushed forward to an earlier date. This is madness.
clearly Drake FootageStill not sure how this is running on Switch. 7 character party? What?
It's not unlikely their planned date for Splatoon 3 got pushed back a month or a little more, even if we don't know 100% for sure, and that they didnt want that gap in late July to early September.Splatoon 3 “delayed” is funny. It was said for summer and summer doesn’t end until late September…
They did a 'release year' one just a little while ago, be careful what you wish forThis is cool af. Seven characters on a single fight let's gooo!
Hey Nintendo can you do a 'release date trailer' for BOTW2 next?
Or maybe they’re trying to be strategic with their releases? Strikers is out a month before and maybe they want more space between it and Splatoon 3, 2 online-focused games. It's not unlikely their planned date for Splatoon 3 got pushed back a month or a little more, even if we don't know 100% for sure, and that they didnt want that gap in late July to early September.
How are we supposed to find the time!? I'm so glad Zelda got delayed lmao. What an awesome summer on Switch ❤ This, Three Hopes, Rise Sunbreak... Holy cow.
Maybe, but Splatoon is a title that makes a lot of sense to release in late July since that's close to the start of the summer holidays in Japan. You'd be missing out on that holiday if you pushed Splatoon, so if you wanted to space between Strikers and Splatoon, giving up on a mid-late July/early August spot for Splatoon does not seem like the first choice to me.Or maybe they’re trying to be strategic with their releases? Sure, but that is something they would have probably already accounted for back in the original plan. More likely is that the Zelda delay was going to put more pressure on XB3 for the fall / holiday, and Splatoon is a better fit for that spot. Perhaps XB3 wrapped up development sooner than expected so they swapped them.Or maybe they’re trying to be strategic with their releases?
