I'm always a bit apprehensive about putting actors into "fat suits" but given that this is Aronofsky + Fraser I'm willing to give it a chance.

Fraser gained a LOT of weight during his hiatus, so while they’re obviously doing some sort of prosthetics I’m not sure it’s as much as you’d expect.

Also, casting Brendan Fraser as Sadie Sink’s father is brilliant. They have similar eyes.
