Rumour The Snitch (Insider_WTF) strikes again with a hint about a game (unknown platform) (Revealed: GOW RAGNAROK DLC)

The leaker The Snitch, famous for having hit 100% of his leaks, attacks again with a clue.
This morse code, which translated is QTR403DZ.

In a broadcast not many days ago, he said that he knew of an exclusive game for a console that would be announced or released in 2024, but that he was going to think of an idea to publish clues. And here we have it.
It's probably not a Nintendo or Nintendo console exclusive, but we can always speculate and try to guess what it is.

I thought I read that somebody else bought that account off The Snitch after they retired.

That might just be completely fake made up nonsense though.

It's not true, no one bought the account, after revealing his identity on Twitch he continued to post accurate leaks, such as Metal Gear Solid Delta.

He does live on Twitch.
He has been live until a 30 minutes ago, he says that if no one has guessed it tomorrow, he will leave another clue, but that he thought this clue was easier. He says that in the tweet there are answers that are close.

The code not wrong.
If you type the code on the scroll into a morse translator, the code wrote will appear.
And during his live on Twitch he said that the translation was correct, that he did not mind revealing that it had been translated correctly by users since no one seemed to guess what game it was, despite the fact that people managed to translate it.

This is clearly referring to a new Kirby game which is like Kirby 64 and features copy ability combinations, but this time one of the abilities has to be from a crossover video game and one is a copy ability. Combine Q*Bert and Zombie abilities to get a zombie that swears a lot
 
The DZ made me think it’s something Dragonball Z related, such as a brand new title in the works.

Other possibilities include like what some said, which is Double Zelda, but I went straight with Deluxe Zelda, so maybe remastering of one game.

I then thought a new Deus Ex, though there’s no Z in the name unless it implies something else.

DZ could also mean Danger Zone, so Kenny Loggins aka new Top Gun game?

Lots of possibilities…

"In 2025, Nintendo will make a game for the Switch or its successor."
 
QTR = it's the fourth entry of something, i.e. will be a quarter of the series upon release
403 = http status code for when a requested resource is forbidden
DZ = A dozen playable characters
