What a beautiful tribute to a Dinosaur Robot’s life

This show very quickly changed its name to Beasties in Canada. It was evidently OK to have a show dedicated to chronicling Beast Wars, you just couldn’t display the word “wars”

It was okay to show Dinobot's heroic sacrifice, and okay to show Tarantulas' ignoble death via explosion. But having "Wars" in the name was a step too far!

The "Beasties" theme is actually super funny. It doesn't sound like they newly recorded a guy saying "Beasties", it sounds like they somehow edited out of something else. Like the "Beast" part is the same as the Beast Wars theme song, but the "ies" sounds very awkwardly cut in. It's great!

I just went to listen and YES, that is the perfect way to describe it 😂 When I was in like second grade kids were yelling BEAST—IES at each other all the time

Now that I’m thinking about this show for the first time in like 25 years I need to find that episode where they go to some sky island with like a pyramid on it and puzzles to solve…what a good show.
