Party Animals is a chaotic, goofy, fun party game that occasionally stumbles over its inflexible rules and local multiplayer mishaps.

Party Animals brings a unique and adorably new experience to the table in the world of online multiplayer brawlers, helping contribute to a niche of that genre that is growing increasingly popular. While not absolutely groundbreaking, the game definitely brings a clever formula of its own making that is well-curated, clearly made with love, and incredibly enjoyable to play.

Party Animals is a slap in the face and will make you laugh. Intelligent, beautiful, easy to access and yet full of challenge, it's a little marvel.

Is this real?

yes, this was an actual Xbox and IHOP cross-promotion that happened last year. why a then-upcoming indie game was slotted in with major 1st-party titles like Forza and Grounded is a mystery for the ages.

i'm not seeing the meal on the IHOP site anymore.

while the direct option to buy the official Party Animals configuration™ is gone. you can still order a pretty much identical meal by selecting the "World-Famous Pancake Combo" and customizing it like so.

once again, the meal is "2 Cupcake Pancakes with pork sausage links, hash browns & 2 eggs over medium"

This seems perfect for Switch™, why isn't it on there?

Microsoft's traditional Game Pass indie deals (I.E. Scorn, Somerville.) tend to last for about a year at most, expect it to arrive on other platforms by that point.
