I haven't bought it yet, so it's still the next Fire Emblem to me ;pThat is legally the last Fire Emblem now
Finally, some good fucking grubbGrubb has started
I'm praying to all gods for that. Tooie portable, what a time to be alive.Jokes on you when they confirm Banjo Tooie for NSO in the N64 roadmap 2
Ah, but now it's not on GamePassYeah, I know I'm coming from a privileged perspective since I'm able to own a Switch and Xbox, but 3rd party on Switch generally does so little for me because of game pass. Can't get excited about Automata when it's been on Game Pass for like 2+ years. But Mario + Rabbids and any surprises have my interest
Do you know what EA stands for?I’d still like to see Mass Effect Trilogy on Switch one day.
Change that "and" to an "or" and maybeHoping to see Goldeneye and RDR2!
You can't be the one to say it's flawed unless Nintendo outright says Bayonetta wouldn't be in a Partner's Showcase. It's third party property developed by a third party developer so as far as we know it could be fair game.I'm saying that the premise of your argument ("Bayonetta 3 can be part of a Partner Direct because it's not a first party game") is flawed.
I don't know if it will be featured in the Direct because I don't think Nintendo has rules that are set in stone about which games can be part of these. But if there is a rule ("no first party games in Partner Directs") then Bayonetta 3 wouldn't be featured in a Partner Showcase, that's all.
He’s an insider and he said he’ll have a Nintendo scoop today, usually just speculates too, similar to NateNot familiar with Grubb's content, why do people watch him? Does he speculate about stuff like the rest of us?
The joke may be that they're actually legit, looking at their info. Truly the opposite of SamushunterIs this a Samushunter parody account?
Yeah but he uses a microphoneNot familiar with Grubb's content, why do people watch him? Does he speculate about stuff like the rest of us?
High. It mysteriously got revealed just for PS this month. Switch announcement could be in a Direct.Any chance of Tunic?
it's just pacific plus three hoursPlease include 9:00 AM EST in the title. Thanks.
He didnt said general though just a first party directGrubb thinks that General Direct will happen in July, but that's only speculation on his part. He also talks about Prime Remaster coming this holiday for sure.
Jeff confirmed METROID PRIME REMASTER WILL BE ONE OF THIS YEARS BIG HOLIDAY GAMES!!!
What if we get one of July 7th? Could happen.Grubb thinks that General Direct will happen in July, but that's only speculation on his part. He also talks about Prime Remaster coming this holiday for sure.
Why July 7th?What if we get one of July 7th? Could happen.
Only title that Nintendo considers 1st party that was shown in a Partner was Buddy Mission BOND, so I dont know if that is really how Nintendo thinks games can or cant fit on a Partner Direct. We will probably never know unless they are asked in the end anyway and if Nintendo thinks Bayo 3 (or a new FE/Kirby) would benefit from being in a Partner they would probably do it anywayI would imagine anything that is not internally developed at EPD or Nintendo's owned studios like NST, Retro, NLG, Monolithsoft, 1-Up, or NdCube is fair game to show up. That could mean Nintendo produced titles from Good Feel, Grezzo, Platinum Games, Intelligent Systems, Hal, Gamefreak, etc. They may be published by Nintendo, but are developed by third parties (or partners). At least I hope so as I would love to see what Good Feel and Grezzo have been doing these last few years as well as what Fire Emblem looks like in its current state.
Yep, I'm good with this. Give me little videos and bits of info through the summer. Gives me something to always look forward to.Paraphrasing Grubb:
- Nintendo's approach will be smaller Directs spread out, game-specific. Expects Directs for Nintendo first-party games in near future, possibly throughout July.
- Metroid Prime remake holiday game, possibly November for 25th anniversary.
That makes sense. I figured this would happen. It seemed weird they wouldn’t also come before Prime 4Jeff Grubb actually just said that Metroid Prime 2 and 3 are also actually coming, like not up in the air but actually coming to Switch, although not with the same treatment as MP1, just updated controls and such and touched up a bit
