Yes, the classic software used for creating such iconic films as The Rat Movie Duology, and The Blue Shell Incident.
It's under the MIT license, so you are free to create modern source ports of it on basically any platform.

Notably, the software uses a modified version of the "BRender" 3D engine created by Argonaut Software for various game projects. As such, permission was also granted to release the source for two seperate branches of that as well.
 
We can only hope this leads to a new era of 3D movie making.

It's a shame Nintendo never gave another honest crack at a 3D art program after the Mario Artist games. Those combined with 3D Movie Maker would make for a fun as hell editing software suite.
