Welcome to the MK8D Booster Course Pass Prediction Contest!

The rules is pretty simple so I will have it lay out for yall to read and make sure that you follow the rules.

Rules
1. You're required to make a list of all 5 waves and 40 tracks typed out. If you want to include the picture, you're welcome to do. BUT PLEASE POST ALL OF YOUR PREDICTION IN TEXT.
2. Please don't edit your post so whenever you feel that you finalized your prediction then go ahead and make a new post. And make sure that you let me know about this.
3. The Prediction Thread will be locked few hours before the update, so you probably would have to submit the prediction before March 17th 6PM PST.
4. Upcoming Mario Kart Tour courses. If you want to predict upcoming City course from Mario Kart Tour (there are three cities in datamines (Check MondoMega's post here) but if you want to predict something different, I'm fine with you using a certain city if you want to. Just make sure that you specifically share the name of city.

For upcoming original tracks, just put a new course to it and trying to predict what kind of theme future course would be based on. For example, New Tour Course based on Yoshi's Island theme.

Points Systems for people that correctly predicted:

1 point per course
2 points each course that were placed in Cup correctly
5 points for predicting whole cup correctly (In order doesn't matters)
10 points for predicting whole wave correctly

@IntelliHeath I had a question how are you going to score new unannounced Tour tracks? Since we know more are coming it seems very likely they will appear in later waves. Seems odd to guess a code name. I think "New Tour Course" should be enough to count for all four point categories. If I understand the grading system, people are still potentially throwing away up to seventeen points if it doesn't make the cup they think they'll land in or if they predict too many or too few "New Tour Courses". @MondoMega I'm curious how you feel too since you already made your post ahead of me if you think that's fair or not.

I haven't played Tour so I can't speak to any of those tracks. I'm just picking names out of a hat for those basically and thinking each cup will have one Tour course moving forward to sort of make up for the fact there are none in the base game. For the rest I'm picking from my favorites and trying to avoid duplicate themes. I'm also not concerned about tracks in Tour already, planned for Tour, or datamined except in regards that more Tour original tracks are coming, it's more fun that way. Also just want to say thank you Mondo for the charts above so I don't have to look up Tour track names lol.

Nothing's finalized but I have been thinking about some fan favorite and popular tracks, and along with my bias toward to few favorite tracks. I still think that we only getting 2 new SNES tracks and 3/4 new GBA tracks since they probably go back and forward with either tracks.

I got choked at the end of prediction but I think I would revisit later and figure out what is right tracks to put there. I can't really see two Wii and two 3DS in a final wave.

I think they're going to keep the representative balanced between all Cups and Waves, except Tour courses.

I'm not convinced that this is definitive hint, since the course is ripped from Tour where both of these tracks are included anyway, but Coconut Mall has made-up brand advertisements that reference GCN Dino Dino Jungle and SNES Vanilla Lake; 'Dino Dino Outdoor Camping Goods' and 'Vanilla Lace'.

You've got the former on your list already, but not the latter; might be worth considering.

I think that the advertisement wouldn't be there if either of those tracks aren't coming because they changed the texture of the road for GBA Sky Garden for the DLC so I could've seen them change the advertisement if either of those tracks aren't coming.

Interesting catch. I don’t think it means anything, but you can’t dismiss it either. They like to preserve the old signs where possible (in this case from Tour).

I loved revisiting Mario Kart 64 last month and just seeing the old signs that just said “Yoshi” for example. No product/service like we get today, just Yoshi lol.

I did considered that for briefly but decided to not go with it because there are better snow courses even I like Vanilla Lake but there are several snow landscapes that are superior to simple and classic Vanilla Lake.

Do I think that every single Cup is going to have both a returning N64 AND GCN track? No. Do I want it? Hell Yes.

Edit: My most realistic prediction is that each cup is going to have a "World Tour" track. I would personally prefer returning tracks, but the first two cups make me feel like 1/4 of all the DLC tracks will be real world cities.

Propeller Cup will be the best Cup in the game if you're correct. All bangers.
