I knew when I saw the title this would be the topic, but you never know these days.

On a completely random yet related aside, I used to go into this convenience store in Baltimore next to my school and there was always virtual horse racing on TVs so people could gamble. Horse racing is a very important part of Baltimore’s history though, so makes sense.
 
Locking this thread up due to the nature of how the thread began and in light of the OP being banned. We would fully welcome a thread made in good faith on the subject though, personally I find the industry and treatment surrounding animal racing/betting etc abhorrent and very much worthy of discussion. Some subjects absolutely need a spotlight but this was not the way to do it.
