Discussion Best soundtrack in a Nintendo game

This is too hard.

Nintendo music has been in the stratosphere since the release of Animal Crossing: Wild World. Before that, it had another long golden age with the NES, GB ans SNES. It's simply impossible to choose.

But if I can hazard an answer, I would say Super Mario Land 2.

Kirby series also has an extremely consistent awesome soundtrack. (the fact that they kept the the same composers since the original Dream Land and Adventure likely has something to do with that, too)
