Unpopular Opinion but many of the must have seen places in Europe are overrated. Especially Paris. I imagine it‘s different when you live there, but from a tourist perspective or having to change trains there when going to the UK, it‘s the worst big city I’ve visited so far.I've never left my time zone
I always felt bad in university when people casually talked about visiting Europe...
yeah, if I went to Europe it'd be to see The Netherlands and Switzerland (because I'm an infrastructure-oriented person)Unpopular Opinion but many of the must have seen places in Europe are overrated. I guess I didn’t list out the countries (which bumps it to 42 actually):41, depending on how things are classified. Plus a few other areas that aren’t technically countries but would be considered overseas territories.
Oh hey, we're at the same number (assuming you counted your home country as well)?I guess I didn’t list out the countries (which bumps it to 42 actually):
Other territories I’ve been to include Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, NewCaledonia, and St Maarten/St Martin.

If you want to split out states, I have been to all of them but Alaska. Need to get to some more Provinces as I’ve only been to BC, Alberta, and Ontario.
Also, this is the most American fucking thing I've ever said, but the fast food in Europe is really good. Like, seriously. If you like fast food at all and ever get the opportunity, try McDonald's in a different country. They do it up so much better and more consistently than America, where it's a coin toss if your food will be fresh or not.
