Discovered by Forest of Illusion and developed by IE Institute. This legendary app supports both 4;3 and 16;9 ratios. As well as numerous resolutions the Wii can support.

It doesn't work in Dolphin (yet), so you're gonna have to splurge on a real Wii devkit if you want to try it yourself! šŸ˜Ž

This isn't the only legendary proto the team has preserved either. They've also dropped a tool for testing N64 controllers.

I love whenever they announce that they've gotten ahold of something like this. It's just such a weird little window into things you never think about.
