Looks to be around the same to me. I did exclude digital-only games on Switch and Japan exclusives in general with GBA had a lot of, but it's not like you were playing those back then (or now).
I'd have to go through the list and compare what I have on my shelf but I have 99 physical published Nintendo titles on Switch (that's with each individual Pokémon release and not including the 4 Labo titles because I don't have them) which is the third highest they've published on any console in Europe behind just the DS (105) and 3DS (121) (the 3DS has a lot of stuff with 2 versions though like Pokémon, Inazuma Eleven and Yokai Watch for that count)
