EA clearly did not think Switch would go anywhere, but with the platform's success they've been tenatively putting games on it. Say what you will but Burnout/NFS remastered Switch versions at 60fps with solid visuals as well as PvZ were extremely good conversions. Even Apex made it to Switch plus that other f2p game that got a whole segment in the direct. The biggest problem is not some hatred between the two companies but rather Frostbite wasn't supported on Switch until recently. A more powerful Switch with Frostbite support would make EA games a no brainer. It's really up to Nintendo to not fuck up the transition this time. A smooth transition would make Switch 2 and and its ecosystem a can't miss platform for any 3rd party with 2 braincells.
