Clear strategy move. Acquire talent, expand studio and deliver more than one game a year. CDP should have cash to do a good few smaller acquisitions and expand. Expect the people running these smaller studios to have very good incentives - their what is really being acquired.

Its a smart move - CDP as a public company really can't be reliant on the swing of one good or one bad game.
