FGO just dropped a surprise Super Orion banner on NA right before anniversary. I guess they needed an extra week before releasing Ooku/Tokugawa Labyrinth to NA. In general they kinda rushed both Traum and the dog event out to make sure that both Bakin and Tametomo are in the GSSR for anniversary.

Anni on NA will have some servants you'll definitely want to save for btw, don't go dropping it on Orion.

Of course, summer banners are usually baity due to CYL dropping in August, so these two summer banner are directly before that.

But i gotta say, this first summer banner doesn't feel too baity. Sure units are pretty good, but i don't feel like anyone of them is on the level of bullshit that is Engage Ike, or Bridal Sharena from the soon ending themed banner.

There have been more baity ones, but i guess we don't know who's gonna be on the second one and what skills they bring with them. ;D

Not really news, but Li Zhenyu, Producer of Zenless Zone Zero, hopes to bring the game on Switch and Xbox. It's definitely not coming to the switch, but I expect all current Hoyo games except HI3 to release on Switch 2 within the first year.

I'll be going for Extra 4. Except for Hokusai and Abby, that one has a bunch of Servants I'd be pretty happy about getting. (And even then I wouldn't mind Abby, it's mainly Hokusai who would feel like a dud.)

Majin Saber (Okita Alter) and Meltryllis are both servants I really want, whilst Kiara would be a solid "nice" to get (and Kiara and Melt don't often get banners, so that's nice too).

Finally! Really the issue is, as always, being behind 2 almost 3 years now. Hell I remember seeing a big booth in Anime Expo 2021 thinking it was coming in 2022 but no, they were just advertising the franchise without any product for western release (since they didn't even sold the BD/DVD of the anime).

Cleared the Ooku Labyrinth last night. Was very fun, Kama was a great villain. Did not expect Kiara to make a heroic sacrifice and Goredolf punching a freaking Beast is one hell of an achievement. It didn't work, but the guts to do that is hella impressive.

Oof, I heard Girls Frontline 2 had a rough launch in China to the point it almost made Girls Frontline itself irrelevant in the public eye, I wonder how well that game will fare over here/how that game is doing right now.

NIKKE had it's summer livestream. Lost of stuff, but in short
  • Limited Summer units are Rosanna and Sakura
  • Guilty and Maiden summer costumes (obtainable from Event and Monthly pass respectively)
  • Gacha costume for Viper
  • Collaboration with Dave the Diver, which will also have new skins for Mast and Anchor
  • Red Hood New skin contest because she placed 1st on the popularity poll. Chance to vote ends July 3rd

Gacha stories:

FEH introduced two new banners, focus heroes all red swords, for the upcoming "Battle of the swordfighters" Voting Gauntlet.

Bonejack does the free pull for each and then ignores those banners.

Pull on the first one: No red orbs.

Pull on the second one: No red orbs.

Hahahaha, fuck you too, game. Fuck you, too.
