Yes, you're seeing that correctly. One of the donuts has an entire Twix bar inside it.

A bar doughnut dipped in chocolate icing, drizzled with caramel and chocolate, topped with TWIX® pieces, and stuffed with Chocolate Kreme™ and a full-sized TWIX® Bar. Yep. We really did that.

ORIGINAL FILLED DOUGHNUT TOPPED WITH TWIX​

A doughnut with salted caramel filling dipped in chocolate icing and topped with chopped TWIX® pieces and a caramel drizzle.

MINI ORIGINAL GLAZED DOUGHNUT TOPPED WITH TWIX​

A mini Original Glazed® doughnut dipped in chocolate icing and topped with TWIX® pieces

In case it wasn't obvious, these three donuts are designed to represent the available sizes you can purchase Twix® in. Full, Fun, and mini.

There was a brief trend here in AU with Donuts or Cronuts that were decorated (piled high) with chopped candy, cookies, mounds of nutella and the like. I'm kind of glad I've not seen that trend return.
