News FTC sues Nvidia to block $40B Arm deal to block the Merger of Nvidia and Arm

Yes, I saw this on my google feed. So what are the implications/consequences for nvidia if this doest happen? My main concern is the value of their stock is going to plummet.

I'm glad this happened, would had created a near absolute monopoly. Glad there are people put there attempting to block this.
