Impressive two weeks for Switch Sports. Konami's baseball game still holding on too.

Very good two weeks for Switch and OLED specifically. PS5 had a good two weeks, and Xbox Series did impressive for two weeks.
 
Switch continues to drop despite it being Golden Week, but continues to sell strong for a platform this old (selling well above 2019 numbers). Not bad for PlayStation and a surprising boost for Xbox, Microsoft actually managed to take advantage of the holidays.

Aside from that we have the debut of Switch Sports. We know it did just under 200k in week 1 so it managed to sell another 100k in week 2, and having that kind of low drop off already shows us that it'll be another evergreen for Nintendo (if there was any doubt).

It's the Switch 2nd best Golden Week sales in it's lifespan.

It is a bit crazy how Nintendo seems almost the only one left that still makes games that appeal to a large audience in Japan. I know it helps the switch is successful but even on WiiU they managed to have some very successfull games there.

Of the big JP publishers there is also Konami almost all their games are for the Japan general audience in mind, Bandai Namco with their series of cheap arcade/old games ports to the Switch (and some franchises but they make them PS exclusive so they bomb in Japan) and Capcom/Square Enix/Microsoft with MH (portable)/DQ/Minecraft.
