Xbox Double Fine has released a 20 hour long(!) documentary on the development of Psychonauts 2.

by 2 Player Productions, which previously documented the development of Double Fine Adventure (Broken Age) and the various Amnesia Fortnight dev jams. (they seem to basically be Double Fine's video production arm by this point, as while they did some stuff outside of them prior. such as an old documentary on Minecraft, their main site no longer exists.)
those were also extremely long, so the length is par for the course for them.
 
"A 20 hour long documentary on the development of psychonauts 2" is one of the most DoubleFine things I have ever read.

I wonder if they will go over how things changed after the Microsoft acquisition.
