Starting with the classic Killer Instinct, it includes both games, as well as the 8-bit and 16-bit versions of Battletoads.
Alongside the added size, it's supposed to use higher-quality joysticks and speakers.

For comparison, here's what Arcade1up's original KI cabinet looked like.

It's also particularly notable to see KI getting readily re-released like this. As the originally intended "arcade-perfect" port for the Nintendo Ultra 64 back in the day never happened due to the system's delays. They instead lied and treated the last minute replacement SNES version as being accurate. Despite the cabinet having a "available for your home in 1995, only on Nintendo Ultra 64!" ad built into it's attract mode.

Granted, the N64 itself couldn't go fully arcade-perfect either. The specs for the cabinet were never intended to match up with the System's hardware, and it used a proper Hard Drive that stored over 93 megs of data. Far beyond the max size of an N64 cartridge.

The first actual arcade-perfect port wouldn't happen until 2013, bundled with the first season of the reboot. (With the sequel following in 2014 as part of the second season.)

Code Mystics worked on it, and i believe these Arcade1up cabinets are based off this version.
