the full list includes Comix Zone, Altered Beast, Phantasy Star Classics, Revenge of Shinobi, Vectorman, Decap Attack, Eswat, Ristar, Space Harrier 2, Beyond Oasis, Gunstar Heroes, Dynamite Headdy, and After Burner Climax.

the vast majority of them are SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive games running under a (initally quite poor, but later updates improved things significantly) emulator, but After Burner was a native port of an arcade game that already had issues getting delisted from digital stores due to using actual licensed military planes.
there's still some titles left, like the Retro Engine versions of Sonic 1, 2, & CD alongside Crazy Taxi (which is the sole modern port to keep the licensed music) but it seems likely they'll go down soon.

the SEGA Forever brand itself (initally meant to be a full series of new re-releases on iOS and Android) was retooled into a official Twitter account that posted artwork and documents from SEGA's Archives, but even that hasn't gotten any posts in a while.

Yeah, I saw that. Wack.

I guess the name was just a suggestion.
