I got an email for the Volume 1 bonus this morning and had to call to get the Volume 2 bonus.

Huh, I just checked my email and it looks like they sent me another code for Vol. 1 today, too…lol. But only Vol. 1, not Vol. 2, like what happened to you. Maybe they’re just late in rolling them out, but unless the Vol. 2 codes are still coming later, it seems they might be screwing over people and only giving them one of the codes unless you contact their support…
