No idea if those are even actual words but "Girl, no frequenced martyrdom." at least has the right amount of syllables and the correct stresses.
 
Im pretty sure it was confirmed by Miyamoto himself that it says "Metroid Prime 2 is in full production look forward to playing as Samus in this all new adventure, featuring Samus from the Metroid series. Blast and crawl away as you uncover the secrets of the light and dark world, like in my famous game A Link to the Past, and who knows what kind of powers you'll uncover along the way. Look forward to more information in next week's game magazine."

Or something like that.
 
We should ask Tommy Tallarico, the creator of all Metroid Prime sound effects who worked closely with Shigeru Miyamoto on the project for 5 years.
