Just imagine it: instead of re-treading old ground by making yet another Metal Gear Solid starring old bores like David Hayter or Kiefer Sutherland, why not fulfill the true potential of this game story and have Charles Martinet bring the most compelling character in Nintendo’s roster to the next level. Let’s remake the original Metal Gear Solid through the lens of Waluigi. Who else to best explore the themes of identify, genes, and fate than a character whose very existence began as a pastiche of a pastiche, but whose overwhelming desire to be his own individual brand of fabulous rightfully took the internet by storm to become the very definition of meme itself. It’s time to start celebrating the people’s champion, remove the shackles that Nintendo has placed on this superstar, and give Waluigi to the hands of a true visionary. If you want to regret your words and deeds, go ahead and try to suggest someone better, but we all know deep down what must be done.

Please help me petition Konami, Kojima, and Nintendo to make dreams into reality.
