yes, that’s the Statue of Liberty making sushi in the intro, prior to the full history lesson on the food.

based off the Japan-only (and sushi free) game of the same name, the title was going to be one of the first video games (alongside Super Dodgeball and Super Rescue) published by Sony, years before the PlayStation was even a thing. but only Dodgeball managed to get released. this prototype in particular was taken from the collection of former EGM editor Ed Semrad. who has provided a few other prototype releases previously.
 
I love both pinball and sushi, so this sounds like a real winner
 
Move over "I'm going to die if I don't eat sushi", a new challenger has arrived.
