yes, this is real. it doesn't seem like it's the icon displayed on the Switch's UI. though.

it's a spin-off of the very long running "Metal Max" series, which spent most of it's life not getting localized until fairly recently.
this has been on PC (with English text!) since 2021, but it was the retail PS4/Switch port that led to that legendary image coming into existence.
no word on if said retail version is coming to the west later, but it would be a real tragedy if it wasn't. that box-art deserves to be in retailers across the country!
