Didn't get this but I went to my local game store and the stands at the entrance are still promoting Paper Mario. A lot of stores didn't even get their copies yet which is highly unusual. Definitely a lower key release.

bought this day one, I’m a part of the problem etc.

I’m having an absolute blast with this, it’s been so long since I played the 3DS original and if I’m perfectly honest I think I enjoy it way more than Luigi’s mansion 3. Not having the slam move makes the combat feel a bit more challenging.
 
This game is seriously good. I'm having a lot more fun with it than I did with Paper Mario TTYD. Although that might be personal tastes, this game is so much more fun to me.

Now all I need is a remake of Luigi's Mansion 1 and I'll be extremely happy
 
I hope this remaster elevates the reputation of the game a bit like it happened with Skyward Sword, since I have seen a lot of slander towards this game and I feel that's unfair, it's a solid time.
