How is this happening.

Does... Does Square not have enough programmers to make this in a reasonable timeframe? Even though this should be a huge-ish title (I mean, at least 500k or so, right?) for them?

I've been waiting to play this game on PC since the PS5 version was like 1080p to 1440p FSR1'd to 4K at 30 FPS and performance mode didn't look great (sub 1080p and trying to use FSR1 to save it which... No).

But apparently Square just can't release this game quickly at all.
