Neat to see Jinsei Game on there. It's the board game Life, the same one we play in the West as kids, but interestingly it's super popular in Japan and there are all sorts of unusual variations.

oh that's interesting. Makes me think of how KitKat is so popular there with all the different flavors
 
Wonder how good Rear Sekai is, the gameplay footage I took a look at seemed really neat and very reminiscent of Silent Hope, which just came out recently.

Hopefully it gets a localization.

Oh yeah! That's a similar example for sure. For Jinsei Game, here's an example of an alternate version, it's called Golden Dome and career paths include game developer and top dancer:

Man that 1997 in Japan for Nintendo was



What in the world were they thinking when they thought losing all the 3rd party support the Super Famicom had was a good idea.
