it's just called the "Retro Mechanical Keyboard" but it's pretty clear where the inspiration came from.

beyond the obvious usage for programming, the unit includes giant "Dual Super Buttons" you can plug (up to four, for eight buttons) into the keyboard for marcos.
It supports wired, 2.4 GHz wireless, and Bluetooth in terms of connections.

Happy with my keyboard, but that does look pretty cool. And much more like something a person would actually use than something completely goofy like their NES-style mouse.
