(Note: this game was on the 3DS eshop, though the fact it's shutting down fairly soon is naturally a problem.)

while the tweet is specfically about a retail print run by LRG, Wayforward has already confirmed a digital (self-published) release is on the cards. in fact, it was confirmed around the same time as the 2021 re-release of Shantae. but quietly disappeared until now.
this game is particularly notable for sharing a ton of staff that would later go on to make the Shantae series, including lead artist Matt Bozon.

in terms of functionality, it should be mostly identical to the aformentioned Shantae release. so a basic emulated version with some light enhancements such as save states.
