Which N64 + Genesis game will you play first on NSO Expansion Pack?

Ocarina of Time. I haven’t played the game since its 3DS remake and have been waiting for a Switch release.

And for those of you have only ever played the Xbox version of Banjo-Kazooie, you’ll find that the Nintendo 64 version is more difficult.
Yeah, in the N64 version, the musical notes reset every time you leave a world or die. The Xbox version changed it so that notes were permanently collected, right?

Correct, took like 6 hours off my last playthrough. Stop’n’swop content has also been restored(tho that’s less of a big deal than an Easter egg)

Yes. Big quality of life improvement in the Xbox version. But it took away some of the old prominent fears from the original version, like the propellor room of Rusty Bucket Bay. That same feeling of tension isn’t there on Xbox without the fear of losing your Notes progress.

Embarrassingly, I never played the original Ocarina of Time, so I think that'll be first. Afterwards, I think I'll try Sin and Punishment for curiosities sake, and hopefully Banjo is out by then so I could also try that for the first time. And if not, another playthrough of Paper Mario is always a fun time.

First will be Ocarina of Time followed by some Mario Kart 64 online. I’m also looking forward to playing Star Fox 64’s multiplayer online with my old buddy that I used to play the games’ multiplayer with back in the day.

I’ll be playing Sin and Punishment first, I’ve never played it and it sounds right up my alley. Most excited for Majora’s Mask and Paper Mario though!

I never had a Genesis growing up, so uhh, it’s an embarrassment of retro riches, I’m not sure which ones to play!
