128GB. Right now with the OLED I’m only downloading games I’m actively playing. So I have a huge amount of space available. Next purchases will be Doom Eternal ancient god’s 2 and crysis 2 and 3.

I buy mostly digital so I got a 400gb card, but at the rate it's going, I'll be running out of space soon. 🥲
I would really like a bigger storage, but I'm waiting till the prices go down a bit more haha

Had a 128 GB one, upgraded to 256 or 400 GB (I forget exactly which one). I have a few games physical but I mostly buy digital since I don't like switching out carts that much but will get physical if it saves space.

At first I bought a 200GB for my Switch, and a year later upgraded to a 400GB (since the 200 one filled quickly).

I keep a mix between digital and physical to balance out, sometimes some games are better buying on digital since getting the physical ed. is expensive to buy on my country.

I'm digital only.

I have a 512GB card that's close to full. I also have a 256GB card for homebrew and emulation etc. Plenty of space on that one.

I have a basically full one TB card and like 25 GB on the system memory of an OLED.

I'm gonna have to spend crazy money to upgrade it. Oh well, back to deleting games for the time being. I've got Diamond/Pearl/SMT V/Mario Party/Arceus/Triangle Strat already preordered, plus holiday sales.

128 gig in both of our family switches. We are mainly digital and yes it won’t allow us to download everything we own at once, but it’s more than enough even for trips.

I only have a 64GB card, even though I buy mostly digital. I do tend to only play a few games at a time, and I usually clear out part of my backlog before buying any new games. I haven’t really had to do any serious storage space management.

I have a 256 GB. I was thinking to update when I bought the OLED , but when I was in the eshop looking to download everything I did a clean up of games I haven't touched in years and now I have about 180GB free, so I sticked with the current one

I have a 400gb that I want to upgrade, but probably won't at this time. I'm mostly digital now, but I just pick the cheaper option now for my game buys which usually ends up being digital.

I upgraded to a 512 GB last year and my library is a pretty even mix of physical and digital. Most of the time I will go for the physical version, but for indies and retro (especially collections) I tend to go the digital route.

I’ve definitely bought games I’ve had no business buying. I’ve bought games during sales that I know I’ll get to eventually.

I think I have about 330 Switch games across physical and digital and there are still really bad omissions. I haven’t started maybe 60 of them. Anything I don’t like after ~4-5 hours get archived. Stuff I reeeeally dislike gets deleted (Morphie’s Law).

My 1TB SD card could be filled very easily.

I have a 400GB card but I'm sure I'll run out of space soon lol. I buy physical mostly, but it's those digital only/mandatory downloads from third parties that are taking up so much space, like Bioshock, Resident Evil, and Borderlands. I also ended up buying way more indies and smaller titles than I thought I ever would so those kinda pile up too.

Mine's a 128Gb, my Switch library is entirely physical minus a few exceptions so that takes less space on the card.

I've bought a ridiculous amount of LRG games out of FOMO, a bunch of those in my library are still sealed, only to see they all mostly released physically in Asia shortly after. Gotta pay the extra for that LRG logo and ESRB rating!

200GB card back on black friday 2018?. I have over 40 games now and its probably 60% physical. I probably have like 30GB left and I could delete some F2P games to squeeze out 30 more? I have no intention of getting another SD card. Too much of a hassle to redownload games all over again.

Only 80 GB left...
I buy all my RPG and Nintendo games physical but there are so many deals.

I'm physical wherever possible, including sometimes resorting to bastard scalpers. The only exception was NBA a couple of years back, which I wouldn't normally buy but it was only two pounds or so, 95% off, so I gave it a whirl.

I have two full 512GB cards. Now on my third. With over 300 physical and over 200 digital, it adds up.

I'm basically in the same boat as you, OP. My 400GB card doesn't have any space left for quite some time and I'm pretty sure 512GB wouldn't even be enough for all my dowenloaded games and DLC by now. So there is no point upgrading to it, but 1TB is just too expensive as of now. So in the end, I'm constantly debating which game to delete and many of my newly purchased digital games will simply have to wait until they get downloaded at all. For single player retail games I usually go physical, unless there is a great sale on the eShop. Multiplayer games (Smash, Mario Party and Kart) or games that are often played in short bursts (Animal Crossing, WarioWare) are mandatory downloads in my book. Indie and smaller games are usually way cheaper when bought digitally, so I don't think I have any retail version of them.

I'm also buying way too many games compared to the number of games I manage to complete at the same time. It's a habit I probably should change, lol.

I have a 400 gig one in my Switch but only because it was on sale. Its mostly empty though, since I only buy digital when there is no other option.

I think it's 32 gigs I bought because of Smash Ultimate not fitting into internal storage. I've bought most games on eShop with only AC New Horizons physical, but due to the small size of them I still have room to spare.

512 gb one and a 400gb one have like 200+ (alot of indies!) games lol but im mostly done buying stuff cuz i need to save up a bit. First party only for now mostly + some big upcomin indie hits but not much more for a while. Especially since i have a xbox series x and ps5 and soon a steamdeck aswell hehe.

Altho after this gen i might leave the ps ecosystem because i have been really liking the xbox ecosystem and with how nice the backlog stuff is + gamepass helps.
