The game seemed to have suffered from a lack of time and budget (a sonic game with poor planning? GASP!) Oh I'm not blaming the actual devs at all, they did the best they could with what they're given. Sega is a horribly run business and has been for decades. I honestly can’t think of the last truly smart decision they’ve made.Oh I'm not blaming the actual devs at all, they did the best they could with what they're given.
