Consider that for a moment. This is the first weekend in what could be a series of weekends full of zany threads. The question is, what do we call the weekend phenomenon? Weekend Fam? Weekend Fami? Weekend Boards? Let's get this squared away before anything funny happens to any of us and we make a thread about it.

I think the concept of "Weekend ____" is exaggerated. The truth is that forums are mostly pretty shitpost-y 24/7.
 
This was a crazy first weekend

Also I think the whole weekend thing is a bit dismissive, and overused in situations where somebody just wants to accuse somebody's post of being low-effort.

I would like to reclaim "weekend posting" as a nice term for "wholesome off-topic threads about the fami"

I've never peed while listening to The Beatles' happy birthday song, so it stands to reason I can only pee when not listening to it, since 100% of my urines were sans that song.

Which makes you my shadow doppelgänger whom I'll have to have contrarian opinions from for the duration of my stint here. It's nice to have found my forum nemesis so early!
