Just an update to this, I intend to make it still but I've had some pretty bad new life circumstances hold me up on it immediately after vacation. I just recently got to posting more in general, I'll fix it up soon.

The StarTopic directory has been sort of temporarily discontinued-ish, since I'm no longer a mod.

EDIT: I just spoke to the team, and they're now going to edit it by request, so for future additions, reach out to them.
