This thread is designed to be an all-encompassing home for discussion and appreciation for the world of PINBALL.

Another thread recently asked which older video games have held up best over time, and while I suppose it's a bit of a stretch to call pinball machines video games, they have a very intertwined history. So many pinball machines - especially from the 80's and 90's - remain kinetic, engaging, responsive and FUN in modern times.

I'm busy this morning so I can't get too deep into yet, so let's start with this question.

What is your favorite pinball machine and why?

My first thought is to go with Space Shuttle by Williams for the sound effects alone!

I wish I had access to pinball tables more often. I don't get to play them enough to have a favorite table. But I grew up playing games like Pokemon Pinball and eventually Pinball FX.

And who can forget this classic?
