What are you sending it off to repair for?

Cause I've sent multiple items for repair, such as my Switch when it has that overtightened screw issue, and always got it back within the week.

Broken fan, gotta send it to Melbourne and it's kinda notorious for not being great. In fact I'm tossing up getting a new switch instead and transferring the data over.

Sadly I couldn't manually fix the fan, it can work for some but too far gone for me

That’s interesting that Xenoblade 3 is getting actual artwork from 1 and 2 included in its waves, since Wii Shulk artwork for example isn’t in or from XC3 at all. (I haven’t played FC, so maybe someone will tell me that they use those old artworks in the character bios or something lol)

They aren't in FC. I think the Xenoblade 1 and 2 waves are just Nintendo's way of doing icons for those games without having to make whole sets for them, since they've slowed down on doing icon sets for already released games.

I really don't love the DE renders. The original art style for XC is rather painterly - XC2 looked like a modern anime and XC3 was an evolution of that style.

DE just looks like some odd middle-ground between a few different looks.

I agree completely with this. I do like the way the models look in-game, but when it comes to the promotional artwork, the original art runs circles around DE's art. I think it's more than just the style but also the warmer/earthier color palette and more interesting/dynamic poses. The DE art has all the characters posed mostly the same with the only difference being a few of them flipped to face left.

I only got Wii Shulk myself but I'll probably change to Nia next week.

Two days late in noticing myself, but yeah I can't believe this wasn't considered from the very beginning and with all characters across all game series too.

Hopefully this also applies retroactively to other AC villagers and other game badges getting updates before long

That would require access to my my Nintendo account to redeem and I am currently locked out of the account and I am too lazy to call support over it. Plus I don't have any of the cell phone games, I have very limited space on my phone. Thank you for the suggestion though.
